This interactive experience brought together industry experts, visionaries, and change-makers to explore what it truly means to lead with heart. Keynote speaker David Horsager, a global authority on trust, delivered a powerful message on why trust is the foundation of strong leadership. His insights equipped attendees with practical strategies to build credibility and connection within their teams.

The symposium hosted by leadership coaches Deborah Crowe and Dr. Kristen Woods featured engaging discussions on emotional intelligence, resilience, and the power of authentic, heart-centred leadership. One of the most anticipated moments was a deep-dive panel led by Claude Silver, Global Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia, where leaders from various industries shared their experiences cultivating trust in challenging environments.

The event wasn’t just about inspiration—it provided actionable strategies to help leaders drive positive change in their organizations. We work collaboratively with our clients to provide the best strategic counsel and offer the following professional services: Branding (Rebrands, New Creations, Strategy, Identity Development), Customer Experience Design, Public Relations, Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing, SEM/SEO, Social Media Programs and Market Research.

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist who exemplifies strong communication, project management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to taking a client-centric approach to drive business success and enhance the overall delivered experience. They will support our internal processes and systems while ensuring that projects are kept on-track, working with different departments, as well as clients, to collect information and gain approvals. Additionally, they will ensure the office runs smoothly, performing a multitude of administrative tasks, while positively contributing to our creative and collaborative working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Administrative Support: internal communications, note-taking in meetings, filing, client and employee onboarding, and front-of-house activities (greeting guests, phone inquiries, etc.)
  • Project Coordination: monitor and report on budgeting and overall project requirements, collect required information, conduct research, manage scheduling and approvals, produce reports and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Operational Support: utilize Monday.com to streamline workflows, support the Chief Creative Officer with administrative tasks and recruitment activities while helping to improve processes and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Communications or related field is required
  • Proven experience in customer service, project management, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong administrative skills with high-attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft 365 office software
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven track record of success managing multiple priorities, overseeing internal processes and fostering long-standing client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment that prioritizes inclusive interactions and a positive and professional culture
