Business leaders, entrepreneurs, and marketing professionals gathered to gain expert knowledge on crafting a brand that stands the test of time.

Courtney Hance, Founder and Chief Creative Officer, opened the session with a powerful keynote. With over two decades of experience in branding, marketing, and business development, she shared invaluable insights on creating a brand rooted in integrity, inclusion, and authenticity. Her expertise set the tone for a conversation that blended strategy with real-world application.

The discussion continued with Bari Guerrero, Senior Graphic Designer, who explored the impact of accessible and intentional design. Drawing from his global experience, he highlighted how compelling visuals create a lasting brand presence. Greg Thane, Marketing Specialist, then broke down the essentials of a strong marketing strategy, offering practical steps to boost digital engagement and brand visibility. Rounding out the expert panel, Matt Sobhy, Co-Owner & Technical Director of Envision Concepts Inc. and Owner of Prevail Media Group, emphasized the technical side of content creation, stressing the importance of aligning photography and videography with an organization’s brand and marketing strategy.

Attendees walked away with practical strategies and fresh perspectives on branding, from visual design to digital engagement. The event provided a valuable opportunity to learn from industry experts and explore new ways to build, manage, and protect a strong brand in an ever-evolving marketplace.

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist who exemplifies strong communication, project management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to taking a client-centric approach to drive business success and enhance the overall delivered experience. They will support our internal processes and systems while ensuring that projects are kept on-track, working with different departments, as well as clients, to collect information and gain approvals. Additionally, they will ensure the office runs smoothly, performing a multitude of administrative tasks, while positively contributing to our creative and collaborative working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Administrative Support: internal communications, note-taking in meetings, filing, client and employee onboarding, and front-of-house activities (greeting guests, phone inquiries, etc.)
  • Project Coordination: monitor and report on budgeting and overall project requirements, collect required information, conduct research, manage scheduling and approvals, produce reports and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Operational Support: utilize Monday.com to streamline workflows, support the Chief Creative Officer with administrative tasks and recruitment activities while helping to improve processes and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Communications or related field is required
  • Proven experience in customer service, project management, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong administrative skills with high-attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft 365 office software
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven track record of success managing multiple priorities, overseeing internal processes and fostering long-standing client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment that prioritizes inclusive interactions and a positive and professional culture
